About & corrections
Who publishes this, what it is, and how to tell us a number is wrong. We would rather hear about a wrong number than not.
TokenDrift is published by TokenDrift. It reconstructs LLM API pricing from vendors' own rate cards and documentation, and publishes the receipt alongside the number: every value carries the page it was read from, the reader that read it, when we last looked, and whether any second source agreed. Where sources disagree, both readings are published and the rule that picked the winner is named — nothing is averaged. Coverage is text and chat completion token pricing only, and it is partial by design.
Report a wrong number
Email corrections@tokendrift.ai. There is no form, no account, and nothing to sign up for.
- Tell us which value. The model and whether it is the input or the output rate. A link to the model's page here is enough to identify it exactly.
- Tell us where the right number is. The vendor's own page is always authoritative. If it disagrees with us, it is right and we are wrong, and the page you send is what settles it.
- What happens next. A correction is a new run, not an edit. The wrong value stays in the archive with its source and its timestamp, the corrected value is published alongside it, and the change feed shows the transition attributed to us rather than to the vendor. There is no code path that hand-patches a stored value. METHODOLOGY §9 is the full policy.
- What we will not do. There is no push notification of any kind — no email, no webhook, no mailing list. We have no way to reach someone who already relied on a wrong number, and we do not undertake to try. If you cite a number where a later correction would matter, keep what you cited and re-check it.
Before you rely on a number
These are the documents that say what the numbers mean, and they are the ones this page must not contradict.
- METHODOLOGY — how a number is produced, what each field means, and where the rules have known holes. source
- Coverage — what the archive actually holds, and the shape of the gaps.
A disclaimer and terms of use are drafted and not yet in force. They are not published, and this page will not link them as though they were; METHODOLOGY is the whole of what TokenDrift commits to until they clear.
